Soda Palm Suite

Soda Palm Suite

Artist book for Lotte Geeven. Nature and a german flower book were a starting inspiration for Lotte’s projects made during a residency in Indonesia, so we made a third book with the same format. The editorial part of placing the images was a large part of the concept, we used associations within colour, content and form to create the order. All groups are then placed again in an index at the end of the book. We replaced magenta, cyan and yellow with day-glo PMS colours as these colours where very evident in the works Lotte Geeven made during her residency. Designed together with Karen van de Kraats (NL).
